VIP 1-on-1 Meeting Selection Form

Thank you for registering for our Publishing in Color conference as a VIP! With your VIP registration you can select up to 3 meetings with our industry speakers.

On the form below, please select 3 speakers as your primary meeting choices, and 3 speakers as your alternative choices, in case one or more of your primary choices have already been filled. Only select a speaker once.

Meeting slots are filled on a first-come, first served basis. We will contact you by email to confirm your selections, or to let you know if we are unable to provide you with 3 meetings out of the 6 speakers you have selected (in which case we will ask you to select additional alternatives from the remaining open slots). At some point after your meeting selections have been confirmed (and after September 4), you will be contacted by the speaker in order to arrange a mutually convenient time.

Please submit the form no later than September 4. After that time, remaining 1-on-1 meetings will be offered to attendees with general registrations. At that time we will also allow VIP attendees to pay for additional meetings beyond the 3 meetings that are included with your registration, subject to availability.

Below the form are links to the speaker bios in case you need them. Also included are bios for additional industry professionals who are not speaking at the conference, but are available for 1-on-1 meetings.
